Key Responsibilities
Careline Clerks are responsible for performing a wide range of clerical tasks, such as various data entry, filing paperwork, and copying documentation. The Clerk provides excellent interpersonal, organizational, and data-processing skills. The Clerk must be comfortable using digital hardware and software, as well as common office machines.
In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Coordinate the data between Trella Database and Homecare Homebase CRM
  • Manage the Trella database
  • Run reports to help us see trends to improve performance
  • Adjudicate admissions
  • Dissect non-admit data
  • Track critical follow-up
  • Oversee the resolution reconfirmation follow-up data (at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks... you will learn about this)
  • Organize and aggregate account data (weekly, 2x/week, monthly, etc. - for facility protocol forms, hospice patients in facilities, CPS patients in facilities, facilities with contracts)
  • Numerous other administrative functions
  • Preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry
  • Transcribing information, text, and data into the required applications, such as word processors, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Responding to requests for information and accessing relevant files
  • Maintaining accurate and organized filing systems
  • Providing back-up assistance for other clerical positions and performing routine office support duties
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in an appropriate clerical setting preferred
  • Current and valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance coverage
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Knowledge of CRM functions
  • Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal, telephone, and documentation skills
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task.
Desired Qualifications
  • Associate Degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Trella and Homecare Homebase
  • Knowledge of Excel

Hours
  • Office Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
