Responsibilities
As a Clinical Coordinator, you will follow through on all provider orders and needs, patient intake interviews, patient visit notification, diagnostic test ordering and results management, and aiding patient's caregivers, home health agencies, hospices, post-acute providers, pharmacies, and other medical providers.
