- Ability to easily read a map and use GPS effectively to logically and cost effectively route trips as needed.
- Vehicle will be maintained and available daily to perform job function. A care car may be available based on meeting specific qualification criteria.
- Ensures the safety of the provider, the patient, and self by providing a clean, safe working environment.
- Review and confirm patient records to ensure proper documentation.
- Complete appropriate paperwork per laboratory request, based upon laboratory requisition slip. Obtain patient’s signature when appropriate for any labs or immunizations.
- Confirm visits with facilities/patients providing them with expected arrival time to ensure patient will be in the building.
- Assist clinical office staff , including but not limited to answering phone, working within the EMR attaching documents, lab order follow-up and other duties as assigned.
- High School Graduate or GED equivalent. Certificate in Phlebotomy/Lab Technician preferred
- Must have current and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to perform phlebotomy and give injections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to communicate professionally with all levels of the organization
- Previous clinical experience, preferably with geriatric patients

- Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
