Key Responsibilities

The Sales Support Analyst is responsible for performing a wide range of analytical processes including interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. Able to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets as well as filter and clean / scrub data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems. The Sales Support Analyst will acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases / data systems. Collaborates with the Director of Operations to prioritize business and information needs as well as locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

  • Develops and implements data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Performs a wide varies of duties related to maintaining, creating, and analyzing data to monitor operational processed and support management staff with report requests.
  • Prepares, compiles, and normalizes data for correct interpretation of reporting capabilities.
  • Skilled in Data analysis; proficient in Microsoft Applications including but not limited to Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access. Perform filtering and sorting of data, V-lookup, Pivot Table and other functions, as requested. Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Python, SAS.
  • Measurement Criteria : Standard is met when there are no deviations to standards

  • Support the Integration team and may actively participate in the transition of patient entry into the appropriate EMR software, if applicable.
  • Coordinate the data between Trella Database and Homecare Homebase CRM
  • Manage the Trella database
  • Run reports to help us see trends to improve performance
  • Adjudicate admissions
  • Dissect non-admit data
  • Track critical follow-up
  • Oversee the resolution reconfirmation follow-up data (at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks... you will learn about this)
  • Organize and aggregate account data (weekly, 2x / week, monthly, etc. - for facility protocol forms, hospice patients in facilities, CPS patients in facilities, facilities with contracts)
  • Numerous other administrative functions
  • Preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry
  • Transcribing information, text, and data into the required applications, such as word processors, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Responding to requests for information and accessing relevant files
  • Maintaining accurate and organized filing systems
  • Providing back-up assistance for other clerical positions and performing routine office support duties
  • Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be discreet and maintain HIPAA and confidentiality in the workplace.
  • Current and valid Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance coverage
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Knowledge of CRM functions
  • Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal, telephone, and documentation skills
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient and able to speak, read and write English.
  • Desired Qualifications

  • 1 year experience in an appropriate clerical setting preferred
  • Familiarity with Aprima Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
  • Proficient with SQL, Tableau, Python, SAS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Associate Degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Trella and Homecare Homebase
  • Knowledge of Excel

    Hours

  • Office Hours : 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday
