Key Responsibilities
The Sales Support Analyst is responsible for performing a wide range of analytical processes including interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. Able to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets as well as filter and clean / scrub data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems. The Sales Support Analyst will acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases / data systems. Collaborates with the Director of Operations to prioritize business and information needs as well as locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
