Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and administrative supervision to Residential Counselors.
- Ensure coverage for each shift through various means.
- Plan shift operations, including shift assignments and reporting problems to the Program Supervisor.
- Assist in providing orientation for new employees, covering agency philosophy, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in performance reviews and staff development to improve service quality.
- Coordinate referral and intake processes, completing non-clinical portions of comprehensive assessments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of work experience in a related field; previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid Driver's License; Licensed RN or 2-years related work experience or 4-years of related work experience with a HS diploma.
- RPRP/CPRP certification is preferred.
