Job Description Summary
Responsible for developing accounts and establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns. Adhering to the policies and procedure of the organization and maintain proper knowledge of the industry. Participates in public and corporate activities as directed.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
1. Build census through strategic marketing and sales
2. Able to secure and maintain long-standing, valuable customer relationships.
3. Identify, develop, and manage referral sources.
4. Coordinate with internal marketing team to successfully develop territory and referral opportunities.
5. Plan and implement marketing strategy to successfully service, develop, and maintain relationships with physicians, nursing homes, hospitals, assisted living facilities, clinics, and other healthcare organizations in the area
6. Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key referral opportunities, services provided, and proposal or contract pricing.
7. Coordinate with marketing team to execute communications plans, referral strategy, develop new health care programs and materials.
8. Report marketing activity to Marketing Director and coordinate visits with marketing team and report results in online systems.
9. Identifies and coordinates opportunities to provide in-service training to referral sources. Attends and participates in assigned trade shows. Sets up booth, moves boxes of marketing materials and display wall containers weighing up to 40 pounds as required. Stands on feet for up to 4 hours at a time.
10. Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing and shares information with appropriate organization personnel.
11. Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of community resources and assists customers in accessing community resources should services not be provided by the organization
12. Monitors and reports cost-effectiveness of marketing efforts.
13. Maintains professional and ethical relationships with staff, patients, patient families, and other visitors.
14. Coordinate and assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and campaigns.

Position Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
2. Demonstrates excellent communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
3. Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
