As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavior analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy will be crucial in developing and implementing effective treatment plans. Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess individuals' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans - Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, including implementing behavior intervention plans and teaching adaptive skills - Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment goals - Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interventions - Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations Skills: - Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques - Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities - Familiarity with behavioral health practices and interventions - Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team - Knowledge of medical terminology related to developmental disabilities and behavioral health We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for professional growth.
