Care LinQ is a AZ State licensed and certified agency that provides services to Adults with Development Disabilities. Care LinQ operates a Day Program in Maricopa, AZ (Pinal County) to Adults who have medically intense needs and accommodations.We are seeking experienced professionals who has a passion to care and monitor Adults with modified care needs.Some of your responsibilities for this role will includeMust be attentive to the needs, want and care of the members attending the day programKeep the facility clean and up to OLCR / DES standards including (taking out trash, cleaning floors & bathrooms etc)Assist in Managing the day to day with member planning documents, and planned activitiesAssist with toileting, cleaning and feeding the membersBe organized and have time management skills.Communicating with staff, management, and State Representatives from OLCR / DESMust be able to entertain and keep members safe from harmBe self-started who can identify the needs of the member and know how to assist them accordingly.Have effective communication skills for typing reports, logging daily information.QualificationsHigh School Degree or equivalentMust be 18 years or olderMust have a valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.Must have Article 9 trainingMust be Certification to perform cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for the Health Care Professional (CPR) and AED through courses that follow the guidelines from the American Heart Association and Red Cross (cognitive and skills evaluations)2 years of Caregiving experience, working with adults or children1 year experience working with Adults with Developmental DisabilitiesHave at least 3 months of experience in conducting individual or group activities related to DDD membersBe able to clear a background checkExcellent communication skills both written and verbalBe willing to take more training if necessary
