Description of the role :
Caremed - Appomattox & Charlotte Courthouse is seeking dedicated Personal Care Aides (PCA / NA / CNA) to join our team. As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide assistance and support to our clients with their daily activities, personal care needs, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with meal planning and preparation.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to the RN Supervisor.
