As a Personal Care Assistant at CAREMED, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily living activities and personal care needs. This position is essential in helping our clients maintain their independence and dignity while receiving high-quality care in a home environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's well-being.
• Monitor and document client health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Help clients with mobility and physical activities as needed.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar caregiving role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of geriatric care principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Monday to Friday
