Key Responsibilities
- Companionship: Offer friendly conversation, emotional support, and engagement in activities to enhance the client’s well-being.
- Meal Preparation: Assist with planning and preparing nutritious meals in line with any dietary guidelines.
- Safety Monitoring: Oversee the client’s environment to help prevent accidents and ensure overall safety at home.
- Transportation: Safely drive the client to and from medical appointments, errands, and other outings as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field (preferred, but not required).
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for transporting the client.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy.
- Basic cooking skills and understanding of dietary needs.
