1) Butler County
2) Clairmont County
3) Warren County
4) Hamilton County
CareNational is looking for an experienced Field Case Manager (Social Worker/Counselor) in Cincinnatti, OH! This is a contract position and ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of recent experience as a Field Case Manager.
Pay Details:
- Pay Range: $44.12 / Hour
Work Setting:
- Hybrid
Position Details:
- Contract Length: 3 months
- Location: Cincinnatti - Butler, Clairmont, Warren, & Hamilton Co. areas
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Requirements:
- P-Active RN License -2 years of clinical experience
- RN Associate's Degree or higher
- Computer Skills (Microsoft office such as: Word, Excel, and outlook)
- RN with current unrestricted state licensure.
- Case Management Certification, CCM preferred
- Home Health preferred
