As a Primary Care Physician with CareNational Healthcare Services, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional patient care. Our dynamic team is committed to improving the health of the communities we serve, and we are seeking passionate professionals like you to join our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and pediatric populations at our Primary Care locations
- Conduct health assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, including NPs/PAs, support staff, and specialists
- Maintain thorough documentation in the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system
Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- At least 1 year of experience working autonomously in Primary Care or Internal Medicine
