Case Management Coordinator
Field - Sebring, Hardee, or Highland Counties, FL
CareNational is looking for an experienced Case Management Coordinator in Florida! This is a contract position and ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of recent experience as a Case Management Coordinator.
Pay Details
- Pay Range: $34.11 hourly
- Hybrid
Position Details
- Contract Length: 3 months
- Location: Sebring, Hardee, or Highland Counties, FL
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Requirements
- One year Case management experience A MUST / Case Management Certificate (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree required - No nurses. Social work degree or related field preferred.
- Long term care experience (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office including Excel competent
- Bilingual - Spanish / English (preferred)
