• 13 week Contract:
• EVE / NOC flex schedule. Need someone that is comfortable adjusting schedule to staffing needs. Weekends Required. 32 - 40hrs/wk

Your Role:

• Turning or repositioning bedridden patients
• Measuring and recording vital signs
• Responding to patient calls for care and assistance
• Documenting health issues and reporting to nursing staff
• Assisting patients with feeding and recording intake
• Maintaining cleanliness and changing bed linens
• Assisting with medical procedures and dressing wounds
• Providing personal care to patients
• Managing supply inventory and restocking
  
  

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Active CNA license in Oregon
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
• Long-term care environment
• Day, night, and overnight shifts available
