CareNational is looking for an experienced Maternity Case Manager RN! This is a contract position and ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of recent experience as a Maternity Case Manager RN.

Pay Details

• Pay Rate: $45.00 - 50.00 / Hour

• Remote (MUST LIVE IN OHIO)
  
  

Position Details

• Contract Length: March-September
• Location: Ohio
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, M-F 8-5pm EST
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Associates in a healthcare related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field is preferred
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a healthcare field (i.e. discharge planning, case management, care coordination, and/or home/community health management experience) is required
