Job Summary As a Nursing Supervisor oversee assigned team. Nurture safe caring environment for patients families staff. Promote decisionmaking and partnership. Your tasks include overseeing operations and productivity. Assist Nursing Manager with policy implementation budget allocation quality improvement and educational programs. Offer input to shared governance councils to help achieve priorities. You will also provide nursing care. Your role is vital in ensuring highquality medical services and exceptional patient care. What Youll Do Recognize possible problems and apply problemsolving strategies in relation to both patient care and resources. Manage guide and assess the capability of the nursing team in delivering costconscious and patientcentric care. Distribute resources judiciously to achieve optimal patient care and operational productivity without compromising on costeffectiveness. Establish policies and procedures meticulously in alignment with the standards established by the accreditation body and the institutions priorities.
