Key Responsibilities

- Develop daily metric reports to track progress

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or GED plus at least 2 years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced volume recruitment environment
- Proven ability to build effective and cooperative working relationships based on trust
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Solid understanding of interview techniques and candidate screening methods
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
