Job Description:
The Global HR Generalist will be responsible for tackling unique HR challenges on an international scale, expanding your skills and expertise in a collaborative, innovative setting.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- HR Policy Refining: Develop and refine HR policies catering to our diverse global workforce, ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for our international teams, handling employee concerns, conducting investigations, and managing exit processes.
- Compliance Monitoring: Stay ahead of varying employment laws and regulations, ensuring Carenet Health remains compliant in all operating countries.
- Wellness Programs: Develop and maintain safety and wellness programs tailored to the needs of our global workforce.
Your Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices in the US, Caribbean, and Philippines.
- Exceptional communication skills and a talent for resolving issues with cultural sensitivity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
