Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored recruiting strategies to meet specific hiring needs
- Source and recruit high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely recruitment and quality hires
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external candidates
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or GED plus at least 2 years of experience recruiting in a volume recruitment environment
- Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
