Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support organizational objectives.
- Perform payroll duties.
- Manage the recruitment process, including interviewing candidates and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Oversee employee relations initiatives to enhance workplace morale and resolve conflicts.
- Administer workers' compensation programs and ensure compliance with related regulations.
- Implement change management strategies to facilitate organizational transitions.
- Monitor workforce management metrics to optimize staffing levels and productivity.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience with training development, change management, interviewing, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with workforce management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
