Key Responsibilities
- Respond to resident conditions utilizing the nursing process and implement appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with other members of the facility interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained for each resident assigned to your care
- Communicate effectively with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Document care and services rendered according to facility policies and procedures
Requirements
- Associate's Degree from a credentialed school of nursing
- 1 year of related nursing experience
