Job Summary:
This role involves feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and moving patients, as well as changing linens. Our ideal candidate will have active nursing aide certification in the state of operation and experience working with patients of all ages in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient care duties under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, and dressing.
- Provide emotional support and maintain a safe environment for residents.
- Communicate resident information to healthcare team as needed.
Requirements:
- Nursing Assistant status in accordance with state laws.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide age-related care to residents.
