### Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop appropriate interventions.
- Perform diagnostic procedures such as phlebotomy and sonography as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and standards.
- Monitor and document patient responses to treatments and interventions.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
### Experience:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a nurse in a healthcare setting.
