Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to clinic staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Manage clinical and administrative teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee scheduling and staffing to maintain proper coverage and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and client regulations, maintaining a safe work environment
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to implement best practices and improve patient care
- Act as a liaison between CAREonsite and client organizations to maintain high-quality service delivery
- Monitor key performance indicators, staff productivity, and workflow to enhance operational performance
- Lead business development efforts, including client outreach, account management, and expansion initiatives
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in occupational health, OSHA compliance, and surveillance testing
- Strong business acumen with experience in operational KPIs, cost management, and client relations
- Proven leadership skills in managing and supporting teams in a healthcare setting
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset for improving processes and patient care
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in an occupational health setting
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
