CareOnSite, a division of the renowned Tang & Company based out of Torrance Ca, is seeking dedicated Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) or Paramedics to join their team. As an EMT or Paramedic at CareOnSite, you will be responsible for providing basic first aid through life-saving medical care to individuals within the worksite environment, whether in a clinic or field setting.

Position details
Full time: 40/hr week /- as needed
Pay range: $23-$30 an hour with full benefits
Benefits include but are not limited to: PTO, Medical, Dental , Vision, Automatic $50k in Life insurance (with the ability to increase), Generous CEU program , etc.
Mobile Clinic Reponse (MCR): this is a MCR position, meaning you may be responsible for utilizing a company vehicle once onsite to respond to different sites in a predetermined area. (non emergent)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Respond to emergencies throughout the site or to other sites in the area efficiently and promptly.
- Administer basic first aid and medical support to patients, in accordance with federal, state, local and company policy and regulations
- Assessing the nature and extent of injuries/illnesses to prioritize medical procedures
- Effectively communicating with medical professionals and treatment facilities to obtain instructions regarding further action
- Effectively communicating with client and site personnel regarding any work site incidents and hazards.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to be cognoscente of the constantly changing worksite environment and site hazards.
- Ensure that quality, clinical standards are practiced always.
- Document all findings and treatments clearly and concisely.
- Assisting the Site Safety Managers and Personnel in maintaining the safest and most secure work environment possible.
- Maintain supplies and cleanliness in clinic and Mobile response vehicle
- Maintain a clean driving record and allow for a record check to be enrolled in our drivers program.
Qualifications and Skills
- Active State EMT or Paramedic license (NREMT is a plus but not required)
- Active BLS certification
- 2 years of experience in an emergency setting (e.g. ER department or 911 contracted ambulance service)
- 911 experience is required
