CarePartners Senior Living is welcoming experienced Executive Directors to join or fantastic team. CarePartners is a Seattle based assisted living/memory care organization. We are currently operate over 25 communities in WA state with planned growth in the near future. This brings a special opportunity for the right candidates to grow internally with CarePartners.
We are searching for leaders that have the flexibility and ability to overcome small and large challenges in day to day operations. This includes the overall planning, direction, coordination, and evaluation of resident care, dining, activities, housekeeping and facility maintenance departments. Along side incredible department managers to aide you in success.
Highlights of the Executive Director Position:
Leverage your leadership skills to engage team members in providing a high standard of service and value to our residents, built on strong relationships and operational excellence.
- The Executive Director is also responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating the performance of team members. Must make sure that staffing levels meet state regulations while follow company guidelines
- Leads our community and managers to success while searching for ways to improve daily.
- Must be available to assist the community in times of emergencies or hardships.
- Ensures that the community is operating financially in a manner that has been forecasted by the company
Experience/Qualifications:
- Proven success in management and leadership within senior living industry
- Prior Executive Director or Administrator experience within senior living industry required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Demonstrates good judgment, strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of people, including team members, residents, community groups, and government agencies
- Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
