Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior Clinical Operations Manager to join our team at CarePartners Health Services. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality, efficient care for all patients across the continuum of hospitalization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Care Management department, service line, and interdisciplinary care team to drive quality-driven best practices across the organization.
- Maximize positive outcomes for designated patient populations by intervening at key points in the disease process and promoting health compliance and preventing readmissions.
- Provide strategic leadership functions for the Care Management Department, focusing on operational excellence and patient-centered care.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field (MSN) or Master degree in a related field.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state as defined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of Seven years recent clinical nursing experience in a relevant practice area.
- Bilingual.
