CarePath Injury Centers Provider Group is Seeking a full-time Clinical Care Assistant for our injury, accident and pain management practice located in Allentown, PA.
- This position requires a Bilingual applicant in English & Spanish

Who We are Looking for : We are looking for detail-oriented Clinical Care Assistants who are passionate about helping those in need and creating a welcoming environment. You will work closely with the medical professionals in the office and will be responsible for patient check-in, running the aquatic therapy sessions, and patient checkout. Someone who is an effective communicator, reliable, and eager to learn / adapt will do well in this role. We'd love if you have previous experience in the medical field, but are open to those who want to learn! Bilingual in English and Spanish and reliable transportation is required.

As a Clinical Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to our clinical staff and assist in delivering exceptional patient careThis role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where your skills and dedication will positively impact the lives of our patientsResponsible for maintaining knowledge of a variety of the field's concepts, practices and proceduresResponsible for patient check-in and paperwork, check-out and scheduling within our EHR systemHelping patients get setup or their appointments, checking them in, rooming, and scribing as neededAssisting providers with prep for appointments and procedures of acupuncture, injection therapies, etc.Learning various pain procedures and operating a fluoroscopy machineDaily responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling patients in the EHR system, assisting medical professionals with therapy care for patients, following sanitary protocols, cleaning up exam rooms / main office area as needed, etc.Creating a kind, welcoming, supportive and helpful atmosphere to both the patients and staff membersResponsible for helping grow the patient base and practice through exceptional care & serviceEffectively communicating with office staff members, and with supervisorsOther duties that arise as the office needsJob Requirements :
Ability to learn office operations from front desk to patient clinical careFamiliarity with EHR systemsAbility to learn and operate an EHR (Electronic Health Records System)Ability to effectively communicate with in-office personnel, patients, and other company membersAbility to take and follow direction from supervisorsAble to commute to Allentown, PA on a daily basis with reliable transportationAbility to commute to other offices in Allentown, PAKnowledge of treating patients in the injury and accident space preferredBackground check authorization & required documents must be completed prior to onboardingBilingual or the ability to communicate with Spanish-Speaking PatientsSchedule : 35-40 hours / week)
Compensation :
