We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing / Community Relations Specialist to join our team and help grow our presence in Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
Position Overview:
As a Marketing / Community Relations Specialist, you will be the face of CarePatrol within the local community. Your role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, educating the public on CarePatrol’s services, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance our visibility and reach. You will play a vital role in driving brand awareness, client acquisition, and ensuring the community understands the value of our no-cost services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness of CarePatrol services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, hospitals, and other referral sources.
• Represent CarePatrol at community events, networking functions, and health fairs to build connections and promote our services.
• Plan and organize events such as Lunch & Learns, presentations, and community outreach efforts.
• Create content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials to engage both potential clients and referral partners.
• Collaborate with the team to assess marketing needs and adjust campaigns as needed.
• Track and report on marketing performance, outreach efforts, and referral leads.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in marketing, community outreach, or sales (experience in healthcare or senior care a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable speaking in public and representing the company at events.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Passion for senior care and making a positive impact on the community.
