What are the responsibilities and job description for the LMT's needed!! $1000 New Hire bonus! position at CarePoint Massage?
Job Title: Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
Promotion: $1000 New Hire Bonus
Most of you went to school to be an LMT for the same reason — lots of time off and a great-paying career. But when you consider the time you spend doing laundry, dealing with tax headaches, seeking new clients, rebooking, handling schedule changes, traveling to new job sites, dealing with cancellations, and anything else life throws at you, those high hopes you had in LMT school can quickly start to be beaten down.
We have taken all of the pain points and fixed them. We handle everything for you and provide you with that same great money you wanted, without overworking you. More time for… YOU!
Some Awesome Points About Us
- We are 100% Woman-Owned! And she is an active LMT.
- No MVAs, no walk-in clients, no creeps. Due to our unique business structure, we have never had a single incident.
- No selling memberships, upgrades, or bookings. No scheduling, no billing. We staff an admin team to handle all of that nonsense.
- Only 18 massage hours a week! We don’t overwork you.
- Extra time between clients. Same wages for hands-off time. Because no one can use the restroom, eat a snack, check on the kids, text their spouse, change out sheets, and check a client out… in 15 minutes.
- Medical Massage Therapy! No fussy clients! All of our clients are educated professionals.
- Treated with respect! By both your teammates and the clients.
- Safe! No weirdos or uncomfortable situations. We pride ourselves on our practices to ensure safety.
- Pay increase and benefits availability at 90 days.
- Work 3 days a week! The first 90 days will be based on our business needs. After 90 days, your schedule will be set to 3 days (M-W or W-F) a week. You actually get 4 days off! It’s like a holiday weekend every week!
- No nights or weekends. Take that vacation you’ve always wanted.
- Guaranteed pay, at the same rate even if the client cancels or no-shows.
- No travel, no chair massage, no “in-home.”
- Electric tables. We only use the best equipment; no more manually adjusting for the client.
- Our clients typically tip! And our reception staff encourages tipping during the checkout process.
- Just your (digital) SOAP notes, no other paperwork. Our admin staff handles everything from client recruitment, rebooking, scheduling, and even payout. All you have to do is show up and deliver with those amazing skills you have.
