CarePoint Health is seeking an experienced physician leader to join our Wichita, Kansas leadership team as an ED Medical Director for 3 freestanding EDs with a combined volume of 70,000 visits per year. These facilities are affiliated with Wesley Medical Center, a regional referral center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, and Level 1 Trauma Center with well-established GME programs.

Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the Emergency Department operations.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the ED staff.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with administrative teams to enhance departmental performance.
- Participate in leadership development opportunities.
