Job Requirements:
- A medical degree from an accredited U.S. medical college or school is required
- A master's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or another relevant field is strongly preferred
- An Active Medical License and Board Certification are required
- At least ten (10) years of clinical practice, with progressive leadership experience in healthcare, including roles within medical groups or hospital systems
- Strong organizational, project management, and strategic planning skills
- Proven leadership in driving change and innovation
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Skilled in setting goals and priorities for large healthcare organizations
