We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Data Analyst to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit & Maintain Salesforce Data: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance by reviewing, cleansing, and updating Salesforce records.
- Data Imports & ETL Processes: Work with large datasets from carriers, ensuring seamless data imports into Salesforce with minimal errors.
- Advanced Excel & SQL Querying: Use Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas) and SQL to analyze data and optimize reporting structures.
- Salesforce Reporting & Dashboards: Create dynamic, easy-to-understand reports and dashboards to provide insights for leadership and stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and implement automation or solutions to streamline operations.
- Problem-Solving & Research: Utilize external resources (forums, documentation, APIs, and automation tools) to independently troubleshoot and improve database and reporting functions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, advanced formulas, macros a plus).
- Basic SQL skills (ability to write and troubleshoot simple queries).
- Salesforce Administration knowledge (data import/export, reports, dashboards, record management).
- Experience handling large datasets and reconciling data discrepancies.
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and present findings clearly.
- Highly tech-savvy with a strong ability to figure out solutions independently using available resources.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience with ETL tools, automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Power Automate), and Salesforce Flow.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce Einstein Analytics).
- Understanding of insurance industry data is a plus.
