We are seeking four highly organized and motivated Licensed Insurance Agents | Bilingual Telesales Specialists to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Engage with clients via phone to promote and sell insurance products, ensuring a professional and client-focused approach.
Needs Assessment: Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage tailored to their requirements.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service, follow-up communication, and personalized support.
Client Education: Educate clients about insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to empower informed decision-making.
Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure strict adherence to CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) compliance standards and regulatory guidelines during all client interactions and transactions.
Record Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and CMS regulations.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid drivers license to commute to the office (Coral Gables, FL, 33134)
- Minimum of 40 hours expected per week
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or insurance sales (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections effectively and close sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and computer-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.
Preferred Experience:
- Telemarketing: 1 year
- Phone sales: 1 year
- Knowledge of health insurance products and policies
Licensing & Language Skills
- Florida 2-15 or 2-40 license (preferred) or willingness to obtain one.
- Fluent in Spanish and English required, ensuring clear and effective communication with diverse clients.
