We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable nutritionist to join our home healthcare team at CarePro of NY. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in dietary management and promote health and wellness through nutrition to the NHTD and TBI patients. This role involves face-to-face visits in areas of Long Island.

Responsibilities
- As the Nutritional Counseling/Educational Services provider, you must obtain and maintain all physician orders in the waiver participant's file at the agency according to existing regulations for Nutritional Counseling.
- Travel to patients in Long Island for face-to-face sessions.
Education
The candidate must be one of the following:
- Registered Dietician
- Registered Nutritionist
