Job Title: Personal Care Assistant/ HHA

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide support with mobility needs and ensure safe transfers
- Administer medication following proper protocols
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Document client progress and activities accurately
- Implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic care

Qualifications:
- Experience in senior care, hospice care, or long-term care is preferred
- Familiarity with medical records management systems
- Proficiency in medication administration
- Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to work effectively in assisted living facilities or home care settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy
