Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical activities.
- Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in condition.
- Support individuals with dementia care and memory care techniques.
- Facilitate home community care by engaging clients in social activities.
- Ensure adherence to resident rights and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Offer direct support to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Skills
- Strong patient observation skills to identify changes in health or behavior.
- Experience in assisting individuals with various needs, including those requiring home health or assisted living services.
