Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on clients' needs and preferences.
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitor and document patient observations, including changes in health status or behavior.
- Administer first aid as necessary and respond appropriately to emergencies.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental stimulation and social interaction.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Provide memory care for clients with dementia or cognitive impairments.
- Measure and record vital signs as required by healthcare protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of care plans, patient observation techniques, and first aid practices is advantageous.
- Familiarity with memory care strategies and dementia care is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to perform caregiving tasks with patience, empathy, and respect for client dignity.
- Must be physically capable of performing the duties required in a caregiving role.
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on the job location.

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Rotating weekends
