Regional Nurses RN (Long Term Care / Nursing Home)
CareRite Centers is seeking currently seeking compassionate and professional Regional Nurses to oversee skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities of the Regional Nurses RN:
- Lead, direct and monitor the delivery of healthcare and related health and medical services.
- Provide direct supervision to multiple skilled nursing facilities.
- Plan, develop and implement procedures and policies that enhance the quality of life for people receiving services.
- Provide leadership to assure compliance with local, state and federal regulations and nursing practice standards.
- Develop and implement nursing department budgets in coordination with our management team.
- Provide effective nurse management that assures utilization of personnel to best meet the needs of the people receiving support and services.
- Develop and implement health care related training that assures the best possible delivery of health related support and services.
- Ensure that patient care plans contain accurate documentation and are amended as needed.
Requirements of the Regional Nurse:
- Must have experience in long term care/skilled nursing
- Must have RN License in FL
- Must be willing to travel
- Must be knowledgeable in all current regulations and compliance
- Must be able to implement policies and procedures
- Must have prior DON experience
