Site Supervisor for CFTSS
Salary Range: $55-$65k Location(s): Monroe, or Monsey, NY
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The role of the CFTSS(Children and Family Treatment and Support Services) Site Supervisor position is integral to the success and growth of the program. The purpose of this role is to facilitate effective communication between our partner organizations, internal staff, and our clients. They will be the acting liaison between all parties and ensure that the needs of our clients and their families are met.
- Respond to inquiries from multiple supervisors and stakeholders regarding protocol and procedures in satellite agency offices in either Monsey or Monroe.
- Work collaboratively with multiple partners for the benefit of the client and their needs.
- Oversee company policies and deadlines for supervisors, ensuring timely submission and ongoing requirements.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Must be able to train and oversee supervisors and assist them with the provision of services, treatment planning, as well as quality assurance.
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and satellite agency staff.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines as required and have excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Prior managerial or supervisory roles and experience preferred.
- Prior experience with Heath Home Programs preferred.
- Bilingual in Yiddish is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
