Revenue Cycle Management
Salary Range: $45-$50k Location: Midwood, Brooklyn, NY*
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The role of a Revenue Cycle Associate is essential in the financial management of our organization. The tasks include tracking and applying payments, reconciling errors and entering data on an ongoing basis. Attention to detail is critical to this position.
- Full Revenue Life Cycle Management
- Tracking incoming payments.
- Issuing payments to vendors.
- Entering Accounts Receivable.
- Filing & scanning as necessary.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
*This position will be relocating to our Dyker Heights location in the near future.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Experience in Excel, including ability to manipulate data.
- Proprietary Software
- Good time management skills
- Attention to detail, strong ability to focus
- Intuitive thinker
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- High school diploma or GED required, Associates' or Bachelors Degree preferred.
