What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing Coordinator position at Caresense- Reading North?
Looking for experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team! Must be a highly motivated, multi-tasker with great customer service skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Matching caregivers to clients based on personality, skills, client's scheduling needs and caregiver availability
Work closely with clients to schedule caregivers based on location, time, skills/needs, and requests and/or availability and concerns
Utilize our web-based care management system to monitor caregivers for on-time arrival, manage clock in/clock out system, monitor care logs, and update client and caregiver records
Effectively and accurately communicate with caregivers, clients, case managers, and office staff
Perform in-home assessments, visits and calls as required
Contact healthcare providers to obtain documentation and information as needed
Complete incident reporting as necessary
Ensure all state and federal rules and regulations are strictly adhered to
On-call responsibilities
Other projects/duties as assigned by administration
Ability to handling difficult situations with a professional demeanor
You must have reliable transportation, computer access and a smart phone. You will be required to be on-call for the proper handling of sensitive matters and situations.
