Qualifications: Ideal candidates should have a background in healthcare (preferably 2 years), and a passion for helping seniors. Ability to drive to different locations and meet with clients one-on-one. The candidate must have a strong independent work ethic and self-management skills. The candidate must be reliable and a self-starter, extremely motivated, and detail oriented. The candidate must have great communication skills and the ability to work at a fast pace, and work under pressure at times. The candidate must have a reliable mode of transportation, mobile device and computer. The candidate must have basic computer skills and excellent communication skills. You must be in Oahu to apply.

Job description (Intake Coordinator): This position requires meeting with seniors needing long-term care. The work hours are flexible and some of the work is remote, however you will also need to meet with clients on a daily basis. You should be able to work Monday through Friday from 9am to around 4pm.

To ensure the success of CareSift and the well-being of our clients, we will provide you with the tools and training to maximize your potential and achieve referral and revenue targets.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000 - $100,000 per year with potential to earn higher income
