The Global Strategic Procurement Operations team is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Temporary Procurement Analyst. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the team's efforts to drive operational excellence through data analysis and reporting. Reporting to the Global Strategic Procurement Operations Excellence Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data from various sources, including SAP and Ariba, to support key procurement initiatives. This team is based in Rochester, NY and there is flexibility with onsite or remote work. Remote work from US Eastern Time Zone is preferred.

Knowledge or Requirements
Bachelor's in finance, accounting or business or equivalent knowledge
Experience with Excel and data analysis (formulas, pivots)
Previous experience and knowledge in Procurement or similar area
Data profiling, data analysis, statistical analysis is required.
Use of structured techniques for documentation, analysis, evaluation/validation
Preferred knowledge of SAP and Ariba
Preferred knowledge of PowerBI
Strong interpersonal skills; participate in a team environment and build strong working relationships
Strong time management skills

Use PowerBI/SAP to pull data and compose it into user friendly reporting for various levels of management
Assist in pulling documentation from the SAP/Ariba system
Perform analysis and report on transactional data
Assist and report on savings actuals as part of Global Savings initiatives
Document process mapping regarding reporting savings actuals
Interact with cross-functional teams by setting up meetings and reporting on various topics as assigned
Use PowerBI/SAP to pull data and compose it into user friendly reporting for various levels of management
Assist in pulling documentation from the SAP/Ariba system
Perform analysis and report on transactional data
Assist and report on savings actuals as part of Global Savings initiatives
