Summary
We are seeking a Logistics Technician to join our team at CareSource DME. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our logistics processes. The Logistics Technician will play a key role in supporting our mission to provide fast and reliable service to our customers.
Responsibilities
1. Comply with all applicable company policies and procedures.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with customers/patients by phone, fax, in person, or e-mail about medical products and equipment.
3. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with Delivery Technicians, Customer Service Representatives and other personnel in a timely manner.
4. Schedule/Route all orders in a timely and accurate manner, using relevant driver-related information such as current hour total, driver capacity and driver location.
5. Answer incoming phone calls, handle inquiries regarding customer accounts, take customer orders and key order into computer as needed.
6. Answer incoming phone calls from Delivery Technicians and assist in ticket modification, as necessary, leaving precise notes with signature and changes made.
7. Assist with implementation of quality improvement program to meet company and accreditation standards.
8. Responsible for attendance at in office meetings and online training.
9. Performs other duties as deemed appropriate by management.
Requirements
1. Experience in MS Word, Excel and general office equipment.
2. Possess high school diploma.
3. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
4. Effective organization skills
5. Enthusiastic Attitude
