Internship Program
The CareSource Intern is responsible for providing support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities which will vary by assignment. We offer a 12-week, paid summer internship program for college students who want to separate themselves from the pack. Essential Functions :
IDOC List Distribution and CRM Upload : Distribute the Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC) list to relevant staff members, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Upload the IDOC list into the organization's CRM system, maintaining data integrity and updating records as needed.Presentation Management and System Entry : Upload and enter re-entry program presentations into internal systems, ensuring that all presentations are properly cataloged and accessible for staff use. Maintain a log of updates and revisions to presentations for accurate tracking.Community Partner Contact Updates : Regularly update and manage community partner contact information in the CRM system, ensuring all records are current and accurate. This includes adding new contacts, modifying existing information, and assisting staff in accessing partner details for outreach and collaboration efforts.Education and Experience :
High School Diploma or equivalent is requiredCurrent college / university undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited degree program is requiredCompetencies, Knowledge and Skills :

35,200.00 - $56,200.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
