Internship Program
The CareSource Intern is responsible for providing support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities which will vary by assignment. We offer a 12-week, paid summer internship program for college students who want to separate themselves from the pack. Essential Functions :
Develop Power BI dashboards that aggregate and visualize complex data. These dashboards provide CareSource leadership and individual contributors with the insight they need to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to design, development, and implement automated ETL processes to aggregate data consumed by dashboards.
Assist in data integration and transformation efforts, ensuring the smooth flow of data from multiple sources into Power BI
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on dashboard performance, enhancements, and data trends.
Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of existing Power BI solutions, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Compensation Range :
35,200.00 - $56,200.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
