JOB DESCRIPTION: The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering all calls coming into the organization and routing them to the correct location. If the caller is a patient calling to make an appointment the CSR will schedule the patient appointment. The CSR will be scheduling appointments from a central call center location for all Caresouth Carolina medical offices. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to: Gathers necessary demographic and clinical information and enters into scheduling system; may communicate visit requirements and instructions; and make necessary adjustments to the appointment as needed.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in an appointment scheduling position, preferably in medical practice setting, is required. MUST SPEAK SPANISH.
HOURS: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-6:00pm. Will be scheduled for 7:30am-4:30pm or 9:30am-6:00pm.
