- Perform routine maintenance activities, including painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related tasks.
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with the movement and rearrangement of equipment and furniture as needed.
- Ensure the timely completion of maintenance tasks and report any issues to management.
- Participate in the annual inventory of site equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least two years of maintenance experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
